Dishonest car dealer, CHECK ENGINE lamp lit up after 10 miles. Tried to keep "fee" when I asked for money back

Cars & Transport

Two days ago I bought 98 Honda Civic from this dealer.
Before I bought it, I got it checked by mechanic — there was no major problems.

But at the same day, after 20 miles ride — CHECK ENGINE lamp lit up. I checked the error codes — there was transmission malfunction (~$900 to repair).

I'm pretty sure that they knew about the problem, they just reset car computer before they sold the car to me.
Today I returned this car back but they still wanted to charge me $400 just because I used it 2 days. Hopefully after hour of arguing they took nothing.

I advise you NEVER to buy a cars from this seller!
