Southwest Dealer Services
Don't sign a contract with Southwest Dealer Services or Century Service!

I paid a large sum of money when I purchased my car for a high-tech warranty with Century Automotive Service Contracts, owned by SouthWest Dealer Services, Inc. Time and time again they have denied covering almost everything that has gone wrong that is listed as covered under the warranty.

This last time though, I called about replacing an ISC valve and they said they would cover it. I called my Toyota service dept. And they were told it would be covered. I bring the car in and suddenly Southwest Dealer Services denies any previous statements they made saying they would cover it and won't cover the part. After much headache and frustration the Toyota dealership and I gave up on this service company and I had to pay for part.

This company has been nothing but a headache and has not covered what they said they would. I suggest you find another company and hopefully avoid the headache I have received.
