My grandmother and I received a postcard in the mail from Warranty USA. Before purchasing this warranty we contacted our dealerships and were told that the warranty being offered was better than what they could offer at that time.
Both my Gram and I purchased the warranties. When my Gram wanted a refund due to the fact she would never use the services we were told this could not be done. I traded my vehicle in and the dealer told me to contact Warranty USA to request a partial refund. I had been trying for some time to reach them with no success when I called another number on my papers, a claims hotline 800-531-1909 and was told to go onto the internet. The address for this Claims Department on my papers is 5695 Yukon Street, Arvada, CO 80002.
