Cedar Park Tire And Service changed my oil three months later all oil blew out a crease from improper tool for instalation two creases on perfectly oposite sides turned me away

I had my oil changed in june in sept all my oil blew out the bottom of the car. I checked the car and found that there were two tool marks, creases on the filter, one breached and all blew out.

They told me something hit it but in my vehicle, 1998 mazada b400, its burried to deep in the under carriage for that. The tool marks lined up perfectly as if a pair of channel locks were used. When i pulled the filter off i was able to do that with my hand, so he never got it correct anyway.

One crease had a crack in it that held for a while but thenBANG it let loose. My lifters are now clattering, and they said my truck should clatter cause its high milage and old. So i told them i was afraid you would say this but you will hear from me again, can you help?

Also at a different firestone across town i had balljoint work which required a front end alighnment, i dont understand but all my bushings on the attachment spindle for the torsion bar are gone. Were they gone already, dont know but how can you do an alighnment with that goin on and charge me for it and never say a word. 1500 dollars hmmmmm???
