Worst customer service and repair shop

2 weeks ago on 9/14 I took my 2001 Ford Windstar in for brakes. After I got it back the ABS and Brake light were still coming on so I took it back 4 days later and they said to bring it back the next morning. So I did and then they said they couldnt find anything wrong with it and the light wasnt on.

That afternoon at 5 when I left work the light was on and I called and they then said take it to ford that there scanner must not be picking up on the problem. Well I took it to tuffy any how and asked them why they waited until now why not this morning all i got was a run around. So they said bring it back the next morning and they would look at it. So I brought it back the next morning. They said they would take the dash apart and disconnect the wire to the abs and brake light.

Well I picked it up and no light. I was happy well about 4 hours later my speedometer stopped working. So I took it back that afternoon and they told me to bring it back in the morning. So on Saturday 9/22 I brought it back and he said he couldnt look at it until Monday. When i took it back monday they said that there not sure if its in the transmission or the sensor but that they would replace the sensor and would split the cost with me which was gonna be 150 on my part. Which if the sensor is my fault why are they willing to split it why not charge me full price.

So i was going to go take it for a second opinion and I asked them to write out on paper exactly what they did to it that previous friday 9/22 and what it needs and would cost me to have it fixed today. They refused giving me anything in writing saying that because they didnt charge me on friday they cant give me anything in writing. Which again they give estimates on paper why cant they give me anything.

Now Im going to the dealership and they offered to look at it for free and let me know what is wrong and if Tuffy screwed anything up in it and would put it in writing. Tuffy Service Center is the shadiest screwed up place I have ever been too.
