Scam company

Talk about a scam. I hired this company to move my furniture from ny to new mexico. On the contract it was to be delivered ten days from the start date of june 28th and be in new mexico ten days later with up to a 21 day. No later than clause. Well here i am in new mexico and it is august 21st and finally after my lawyer contacted them they it arrived a day later. I paid up front almost a thousand bucks. I was to pay the balance on delivery. Then i get a call and after a settlement dispute with my lawyer. They reduced it by two hundred bucks. So now i am paying 750. Okay the driver is in albuquerque and i am three hours south. And now i am having to pay extra to have it delivered to my door. They have my stuff. I am waiting over two months. And it was to be originally delivered to my door. Now i am being told that i have to pay another 400 bucks to get it to me. Wait a second wasn't this supposed to be at my door for 1800 total.

Now i start to feel extorted but i have no choice. They come they deliver and naturally there is damages and stuff missing but i have to pay first and then see whats what. Then i look at my bank account and i see that fixed price charged my credit card another 950. I go ballistic!

This company should be banned from existence. Do not be fooled by Fixed Price Moving advertisement. Boycott fixed price. Or suffer the consequences.
