I purchased a car from the Car Plaza in Margate on 441 right after Commercial Blvd. The car is a 2004 Saturn Ion. The first 5 day after I got the car it didn't rain. Once we got a big rain I realized that my windshield wipers didn't work. I took the car back and was told that the cost was $159.00 and I told them that I was not paying for it because that was something that should have been inspected before I received the car. They fixed it.

Now Flamingo is the problem that I have they had an electronic debt on my checking account and a paper check that cleared. Then on the same day that the check cleared they debted my account for the same amount causing overdraft fees. Not only did they do it once but they did it 3 times and my account overdraft fees totaled $105.

Now they are telling me that I need to pay them $102 and I told them to take it out of the $105 that they owe me. They stated they are not paying me a thing. So I pay them the amount that is due at the time of my weekly.

I get paid every two weeks and was told that it is okay to pay every two weeks and I receive a phone call every day at work about the week it is due and I tell them I get paid next Friday I will be in there. They threaten and say that I am going to be repoed, I say okay have a nice day.

Someone needs to close them down.
