Debt collection contacting me at work numerous times after being they have been told i cannot receive personal calls on company time

Today was the fourth time that Capital One Auto Finance has contacted me at my place of employment AFTER BEING TOLD I CANNOT RECEIVE PERSONAL CALLS AT WORK. The other three times, they have been told by myself that I need to be contacted at home or in writing. Our company has a policy that I cannot accept personal calls at work and I have made it very clear to them that they are not EVER to contact me at work again due to our company policy. THEY HAVE COMPLETELY IGNORED THIS AND CONTINUED TO COMMIT THIS ILLEGAL ACT!!!

To make matters worse, they are interrupting my supervisor by calling his direct number and asking for my husband (who works at a different company completely). They never call in on the main number and always go through my supervisor asking for my spouse. Then my supervisor has to search for me and let me know someone is on the phone for my husband—very embarassing!

The last time they called and I reminded them that they were NEVER to contact me at work, they used the excuse that my work number showed up on their caller ID and that is why they thought they could contact me here!!!

Has anything like this happened to anyone else from this fraud of a company?
