These people suck, i called and told the i was paying my truck off, and they repo's anyway and then used my former address as a way to send the vehical to auction, but why ripoff

These people are horrid. They sent all the information for the truck to my former address, and then repo'd at my new address. The girl i talked to on the phone even admitted to it, because that was the las adress they had, but they used a internet search to find me when i have only been here a month. Oh and its my fault when i called and said i was paying the vehical off on the first and the came and took it, without police notice, on the 21st. Now they refuse to send me a statement of payment or anything. I am a 20 year veteran from the navy, and you can bet i am going to get these people black balled
