A license to STEAL Ripoff

Due to an unfortunate turn of events, my perfect 2006 Scion XB was towed to an impound yard on the morning of August 25 by the company Protech Express Towing with the help of the Riverside Police Dept. Where it was then held for ransom.

After having to pay the thiefs an outragous amount of money to get my vehicle released, It now indicates damage to the traction control system and the vehicle stability control system, as well as the check engine light showing.

But thats not all. Upon its return it is missing my $350.00 Apple ipod that was connected to the sterio system.

The company covers their ass by displaying a sign saying not responsible for personal belongings left in car, however I did not have the option to remove my belongings before being towed.

It's bad enough to have to go through this experience but to have belonging rifled through and stolen in the process is unexceptable on any level. Such an honorable business practice, NOT! They should be ashamed to rip people off like this. Protech Express, you SUCK!
