Quoted a price for services and charged my bank account twice with a exceedingly higher amount

Summary Line: This company quoted me a price of $522.00. They then charged me $755.00. The 755.00 was credited back and they finally charged me $989.00.

Complaint Description: My wife and I were vacationing in FL and for our Wedding Anniversary I surprised her with obtaining a limo for the night. I found the above company on the web and called the number listed. I talked to Shay of whom quoted me a price for their service in the amount of $522.00. This price included a 5 hour minimum time limit plus one free hour and an upgrade to a better vehicle.

After I returned home from vacation I looked online and noticed Millenium charged me $755.00. I called and talked to Shay of whom advised I was charged a "travel fee" and that this was concerning to her. She could not handle the billing questions so she passed me to Che Che of whom advised the extra charge explanation was on their website. I called and talked to these people numerous times of which was to no avail.

A few days passed and they credited my bank account the $755.00 only to turn around and charge me another amount of $989.00. The only agreement I signed was when the Limo driver showed up. The agreement did not specify amounts nor was I given a copy. I have tried to talk to a person of higher authority at this company yet keep getting the run around. Their website does not have the ability to see true blogs from both sides and only the good things are listed.

Please advise future customers not to use this company as they are not truthful. Go to the BBB website and the company has the lowest rating of "F" for their services. They have had numerous instances with other customers concerning their services.

Resolution Sought: I would like them to honor their original agreement and only charge me $522.00 as quoted. I would also like them to credit the difference of which they have charged my bank account w/out my permission for a period of 2 times. My bank has issued a temporary credit in the amount of 233.00 while they research the first fraudulant 755.00 amount. This credit may be re-charged after the investigation bringing the grand total charge to my account to 1,222.00. This is not counting the overdraft fees
