Wanted to scam me out of agreed price

Went into dealership to see possiblity of buying new Murano. Explained what I could afford, wanted to know if they had anything within my means.

In the couse of 3 days they quoted the same price in different ways. (This car had been driven by employees, 4,100 miles, and smoked in). Originally it was $41,000.00. I said "no" that is not what I can afford. Then they came back with $37,000.00 plus tax, title and title. I said that is the same price. They argured with me that it wasn't. Finally I asked how much the tax would be, they said about $3,500.00. I said so it would be about $41,000.00. They said yes.

They kept pushing this amount, they were wasting my time. Making me sit while they "discussed" what they could do for me. They tried to sell me a lessor vehicle. Again I explained what I was looking for and that if they didn't have anything in my price range that was fine.

Finally they called me back with the vehicle and price I was looking for. We went through all the info, signed a few documents - but not the contract. I kept asking to see the contract, they said it was getting ready would see it shortly. They had me transfer all of my stuff from my car to the new car. They took my keys, gave me new keys and book. Then finance mgr came out and said "oh gee, we made a mistake. Your loan would have to be for $40,800.00".

I am livid. I want everyone to know exactly what kind of business they run there. I had to put all of my stuff back into my car. They did not help. They did not apologize for their "error". They were scamming me.
