FRAUD, taking too many auto payments, not posting money to account

I have had my vehicle since 04 and it started with centrix. They were rude and called the day the payment was due demanding money. I would send in my payment and they would hold it till it was past due so they could collect more fees. I just sent them a check for the amount of my bill and they cashed the check and still say I owe them the money. I have had the bank start a fraud investigation on this to see who cashed the check because they say they did not.

Even though I have faxed them the front and back copy of the check they say it is not enough proof that I paid. They will not let you talk to the actual accounting dept in dallas tx. I have had them take money automatically out of the account before and they took more than they were supposed to they took 2 payments not 1. SO I do not want to do that again but I dont know what to do.

This company is a SCAM they are not good business people and warning to all do not do business with this company. They will take your money and not apply it and say you still owe they will take more money than you owe. They will call you demanding payment the day the payment is due.

If you pay early they will hold the funds untill it is late to collect the fees. I have been told by the employees that they will hold all money for 10 days before it gets processed and then it will take another 5-7 days. SO the only way not to be late is to pay 1 month ahead. BUT beware... I did that and they did not put the money toward my balance they put it toward finance fees. They are a SCAM
