The biggest absolute ripoff

I have a 1994 Chevy Blazer Full Size the engine went so I took it to Broadway to have the engine replaced that was in Febuary of 2007 my engine job was not completed until August of and what was worse it was done absolutely half a*. My exhaust wasn't even hooked back up now I'm being charged 775 dollars on this shotty engine replacement. So a word of wisdom to all DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED AT BROADWAY
