Took the car 4 times in the past two months. Still paying big bucks for warrantable work. Ripoff

I have taken my car a Dodge Caravan to Planet Dodge in Miami 4 times in the past 2 months. I have spent over $2,000.00 in repairs and rentals. They are still charging me eventhough I still have warranty in the transmission and the engine.

I believe the car has major problems but they just continue to patch it up so they don't have to fix the real problem. The check engine light is still on as it was back in May when I first took it in. The car has still no pick up, it does not drive over 50 mph.

We keep hearing different stories every time we take it. We do not have the kind of money to continue throwing it away on repairs that are not doing anything for the car. They told us they had replaced the transmission but it doesn't seem that way. The brakes wore out within 8 months of having the car back in 2005 and it's been big expenses since then.

My car is there now, since Sunday 8/5 they still have not called. We keep calling and no one returns our calls with the status of the car. We have another rental (our 3rd in 2 months) and we don't know when we are getting the car back. Please help us before we get ripped off again. We just paid them $595.00 on 8/4, only to have to take back the car the very next day with the same symptoms.
