Sold me a lemon! Ripoff

I just bought my car less than 4 months ago, and it has been in the service garage three times now! Not only do I have numerous leaks, but my starter and battery have gone twice! Now as it sits in the garage yet again, I am told that my warranty has expired by a few miles and they cannot pick up the tab! Even though, it is the same issue since I brought the vehicle to them just days after I bought it! I went to DriveTime for help while I was in a current situation and trusted them, and all they did was take advantage and make a bad situation worse! I cannot believe they are allowed to practice this type of business and get away with it!!
