Unfair to Disabled! Unwilling to follow the Americans with Disabilities Act!

I recently rented a "Premium Size" vehicle (Buick LaSabre) while my Mother was in town. She is Disabled and happens to be over-weight. When I picked her up at the airport, she had trouble getting the seatbelt to fit going over her stomach.
I called enterprise and requested a seatbelt extension for her comfort. The person who took my call had never heard of such a thing — and said that they would look into and call me back. I did not hear back from them that day.
The next day I personally went into the office and spoke to the manager, Jason. I again explained the situation and requested either an extension or another vehicle. He gave me some BS story about how he would need 24 hours to check into this — then I told him I had called yesterday morning and spoke to Scott, who never returned my call. Then he changed his story to needing 48 hours.
I was getting pissed at this point and demanded another vehicle if they couldn't accommodate my mother in a safe and lawful manner. I was told he had NO other vehicles. We agreed that he would have a solution by the next morning.
The next day I was told that Enterprise does not supply seatbelt extensions and that they still had no other vehicle for me to drive! I explained the Americans with Disabilities Act — and he acted like he couldn't care less. I ended up going directly to a near-by Buick dealer who LENT me the necessary seatbelt extension for free.
That will be the LAST time Enterprise gets my business!
