Car payments are not being posted

I've had financing with Pursuit Auto-Finance since March. I've not overlooked making any funds. Many months before I obtained a phone from their selections division declaring that I had been behind a few months on my car cost. I've all my bills and ended checks from their store displaying that I'm present. I obtain 3-7 calls daily from their selections division and that I have now been handled VERY RUDELY by them. After I have required to talk to a boss, I'm informed this 1 isn't available. Seriously offer me a rest... NO BOSS??? I've sent emails for them, but to no avail. I've delivered 4 characters, but haven't noticed back from their website. Today they're threatening to take my vehicle. I are in possession of my Senator's workplace checking into this for me personally. I'm fed up with talking with an automatic telephone support, and also have not had success into discovering their corporate target. Personally I think that my privileges have now been broken and that I am ill and fed up with being bothered by their choices division. I've requested where I will deliver copies of my cancelled checks to confirm that I've created my funds which I'm present, but have experienced no success. I'm hungup on. Oh, yes, and incidentally, they've provided me an adverse credit score towards the credit agency and of course the late charges they're getting. Can anyone give me some aid??? Thanks, Arlene
