EZ Rip-Off is a better name for this place

Pre-sold me 5 oil/changes as a "savings" incentive, did not honor after the 2nd one. No explanation, no return call from mgr after repeated calls, employees are grease monkey morons.

Do not go there. I live near there, heard similar horror stories from neighbors and friends. Horrible managment, "customer service" does not exist. Go elsewhere.
