Grease Monkey, boulder lube & oil LLC consumr being taken advantage of

I got an oil change on 7/2/02, less than 24 hrs later my engine blew up. Paid to have it towed to a local dealership where it sat until 7/11/02. On that day grease monkey paid someone to come out and determine engine failure fault.

This person removed something called a crank case and sent it to a metalist (someone who examines metals) they say the failure is due to a forging issue from the manufacture, Nissan.

The nissan dealership examines the blew up engine and states, they pulled cam shaft and oil pump and lack of oil due to poor oil change caused engine failure and for it to blow up.

So grease monkey says nissans fault and nissan says grease monkey fault. I am not a mechanic, but I say grease monkey is at fault as well.

As of today I have been with out an auto for a month, and made last months truck payment and insurance payment and now will do the same for this month today, plus other costs due to this loss.

The dealership says it will cost approx 8000.00 for a new engine.

I am at a loss and no where to turn.
