Another scam from countrywide

Buying a home is everyone dream being with countrywide is everyones nightmare. I bought my frist home 2 years ago first couple of months everything was good then countrywide gave ne a negative esscrow account didnt now where it was comeing i had to pay till everything was taken care off i had a high intrest rate and payment if that wasnt enough. They were always send me letters to refiance but they always said no. Things took a turn for the worse my husband got laid off from work filed for unemployment with what we were makeing from unemplyment was not enough for the work out department to help us then what is countrywide able to do. Now i have a rate that is set to adjust nothing lower than a 13% they tell me i cant refiance for the fact that the market has gone down then what r we suppose to do everyone is to lose there house. My only option is a modifaction to my loan i have been trying to do that they asked for several documents to faxed to them i did in march of 08 we r now in june and have had no awanser from them i call they say they havent found the perfect person to work on my case some will contact me in 8- 10 busniess days never have recived a call or anything in the mail once again i get the run around when we need there help we never get a phone call but when u r i day behind in makeing ur payment they never stop calling. Something has to be done help
