Shortline Suzuki Shady dealership does not keep word, late paying of trade, hikes rates

I bought a 2007 Suzuki from this dealership. As I am negotiating, they did not even offer me a place to sit or any privacy. I did not care so much to sit, but would have liked privacy. I moved from one place in the lobby to the next following the sales lady around. I am a easy going guy, so no worries, just thought it was odd. This should have tipped me off. After telling her I did not want to put any money down other than my trade I heard the sales lady tell the sales manager to give me the higher rate. I took this up with the finance manager later. After trading in my truck the sales lady told me twice to make sure I brought my extra keys in. I did so the next morning. She also told me that she only had the one key for my car and one electronic door lock. She told me she would get me another electronic lock and find the key. She never did give me a 2nd key for my new vehicle. I paid $11 for it. She gave me another electronic door opener and told me to go to the service dept to have it programmed.

I went to the service dept and they wanted to charge me $56 and I just bought the car. I had them call the sales lady, and she would not help me get a damn electronic key programmed the day after I bought the car. I complained enough and the service manager hooked me up. No thanks to the sales lady. She said we had a misunderstanding. Apparently she had a customer service misunderstanding. Ok, not the best experience or sales person, but I was ok. So everything was fine until a month later when I start getting calls from my former vehicles finance company. They have not paid my trade off a month later! Said they were waiting on my new loan to be funded. It was funded two days after I applied! After emailing, calling and complaining they said sent the check to my trade-off finance company. I was not exactly ripped off by this dealership but I would rate my experince low.
