Rip-off dishonest fraudulent billing

Was in a very minor accident and took my car to Master Collision Repair per my insurance company. I drove my car for 3 weeks with no problems, no engine problems. My car needed a front bumper and hood notheing else. Everything else worked fine.

Took my car to Master Collision Repair which were very noce, they set up the rental and everything so i thought my car was in good hands. They estimated about a 2 week turn around. After 3 weeks i calls and they told me they were having problesm getting a hood for a 2001 nissian altma. After 6 weeks and threating they would have to pay for rental received my car.

Driving about 1/2 a mile my car starting shaking and stalled. Of course i call them and they said it was not there fault they did nothing to engine. I advised my car was in top running condition when i brought it there. They offered to look at it and kept it for an additional week and said moisture has gotten in the cylindars and they charged my insurance company another $1200.00 in which i was dropped by my insurance company.

Well i received my car with 1 new headlight which was not working and one dirty used headlight and my car was still not running good. Both of my previous headlights were new and working great now i had 1 new one and one dirty used one. I asked for my old ones and they said they threw them away.

The people at master collision went through the paper work in my car and saw that with my oil changes they recomment i change my fuel filter. So that was why my car was running so bad. Shaking like it was going to shut off and making lots of noise. I don't know what these people did to my car.

I believe because i am a woman they took advantage of me i also requested my insurance help me get my car fixed and they did nothing to help me. Being on a very limited income i was never able to get my car running like it was before i took it to master collision. They took advantage and never fixed my car.

I would never recommend them and the way they returned my car was horrible. I went from a car that needed a hood and a bumper to a car that needed headlights and several engine problems.
