Lately reserved a trip for my spouse to travel SFO to Detroit on 6/24 and reunite on July 17. I wrongly believed the 24th was Mon and late Saturday night on 6/24 recognized my mistake. I named Nature, paid attention to their "Your phone is essential to us" concept for forty units after which was informed the next. Since the trip was overlooked, the solution cost is non-refundable and that I need to spend again for that return trip on July 17! I'm prepared to purchase my error but why must I need to spend again for that return trip that will be many weeks away? I had been informed that's since it was reserved like a round-trip on a single record. Easily had arranged them on individual dealings and taken care of them individually then your return trip might be great. Which means she's returning from Detroit on a single airplane within the same chair that we've compensated twice

A smaller criticism is approximately their new luggage fee. Should you purchase it online the charge is $5 per carrier per trip; in the airport you spend $10 per carrier (up to 2 bags then it moves way up). Nevertheless all efforts to prepay online crash due "your charge card can't be approved"; though it may be the same one employed for the solution. Additional legitimate cards also fail. I've previously arranged additional Nature routes to and from Detroit in Sept however they will soon be our households last on Nature, despite the fact that they're the only real non stop accessible SFO-DTW; and although my spouse is partially handicapped and it has difficulty transforming airplanes in Colorado etc. We shall get it done in the place of traveling Nature.
