Rip off towing

Engels towing towed my car without any notification and when called were very rude and told me at first my car wasnt in there lot we had to drive down to locate it sitting there in there lot, once they finally admitted that the car was on there lot would not release my car and wanting to charge me more than there actually posted sign. They also want to bill me on buisness days that there not even in buisness when ive been trying to get my car back
