Misplaced first payment now harassing me saying im late

I'm so pissed off beyond believe.
I have only been with this company since March and I'm already having problems.
My first payment was at the end of April. I normally pay my bills weekly and decided to send my first payment of $93.00 to them. Well that didn't work out so well because now they are saying I never even made the payment, but hello I have my payment history online plus a confirmation number.
Anyways for my whole story I had made that first payment then paid the rest at the end of the month. Not even two weeks later they started harassing me saying my payment is late and how would I like to pay. I'm like excuse me i paid you guys online. So the girl had said that the payment went towards interest and the girl took me off the call list for 10 days and said my account will be audited, so I'm like okay I have nothing to worry about. After that I'm getting the calls again and I've probably had to explain my story about 10 times until the assholes get it. No one is really working with me so I'm extremely fed up with this.
Not even 2 weeks ago (June 10th to be exact) I found out they could not "recover" my first payment and I'm still going to have to owe them. I should not have to owe them for their mistakes and I will not pay them... If they want to send a repo man go ahead but I have proof I made the payment and I will right for it.
I have sent them 2 emails so far regarding my situation and no one has replied. I want this disputed but no one will give me the number or any website to do so.
I am so glad I have found this site and hopefully will help my situation.
I may not have that much of past due amounts but the fact that they are claiming I haven't made a payment is pissing me off. I have never in my life had this much trouble with my first auto finance company (HSBC). I even feel like going back to them. At least I know I can trust their online payment option.
