A total ripoff, purchased and they folded before we used the service. Greenwood Village

We Purchased an auto extended warranty with 1 Source Auto Warranty.com. On December 24. They took my thousand dollar payment and I was sent all the official paperwork.

On Jan we took our vehicle in with a repair, that is when we found out the company folded. They never contacted us and we had to pay full price for our repair.

The State of Hawaii is liquidating the company, the company tried to file bankruptsy to protect themselves from the liquidation. This request was denied. There are many responsible parties the owners of this company are wealthy individuals, lots of family members own stocks in the company. This company is worth millions.

You can request documents from the company handling the arbritration, I was able to get the list of specific individuals responsible for this scam. Some live in Florida, some are currently selling other insurance for different states. The main owner and her husband own a corporation that participate in Muscular Sclerosis charity events. So I guess our money is going to a good cause.
