Bob, the Manager at Bison automotive always has a warm smile and great handshake to greet a customer. The first few times, you'll feel as if you got a good deal.

They had my car for a whole day, charged me $500 for repairs and don't notice I needed tie-rods when they replaced the front wheel assembly, they broke my front driver side window and told me I needed a new head gasket for $800.

Upon my second opinion, I found I only needed a tune up and that my head gasket was not bad. Bob now claims he meant "intake manifold". A second opinion shows I don't need one of those either. They are a AAA shop. I called AAA to complain about them and ended up getting an annoying call from Bob @ Bison. I have yet to talk to AAA.

Stay away from Bison. There are plenty of other shops that will do the right work for the right price.
