Fraudulent reporting to credit agencies, filed lawsuit without notification to us, continues to report on serveral differant levels to credit agencies using differnat account numbers for same account

In May of 1998 my wife and I had a bankrupcy discharged. We kept a mazda truck for a period of time afterwards and made the payments. A short time afterwards, we contacted Mercury and gave the truck back. These cowards are still saying that they never got back the truck AND continue to fraudulantly report such using differant account numbers for the same account. They even filed a civil suit against us and never told us about it. I just recently decided to look at my credit report asnd notice several differant claims by thei rip off company to credit agencies. I plan on filing a criminal/civil complaint against them for this.
