Rip off, outrageous interest rates, make it hard to pay not easy

I financed a car and they said after a year it could be refinanced at a lower rate if the payments were on time, then they turned around and told me I had to go somewhere else to do it.

All my payments have been on time. When I call to ask a question the person on the phone treats me like they are doing me a favor. I have never delt with people so rude besides Maloy Ford. They should both be put out of business.
