Rip Off For First Time Buye

I got approved for a loan on the computer for a car, the company is located in Brooklyn. Being a first time buyer i was told by the sales man to yes the company to death when they called me about the car so i did not knowing any better. I was sold a 2003 jetta with alot of items which it does not have and my payments are outragious. I have tried to get the car refinanced to lower my payments and the company claims they don't do that. I also see that the loan was approved by chase bank which i wonder if they are aware of what this company is doing.

Drive financial is very rude when they call. I am paying for a car that does not have all they claim it has and also with the interest rate i am actually paying for a used car triple what i should be paying. I traded in my fathers old car at the time, had to give them money and i had to use my mother to co-sign for me. With my car payments being so high i could of bought 4 new cars.

I have all the information on this company in brookly which i feel they should be investigated being they deal with Drive Fianancial and they are also ripping people off. Please have some one contact me in regards to my case as soon as possible, to see what i can do.
