They ran 5! Credit inqueries after I demanded they stop all loan applications because they were rude and condisending, they maliciously damaged my credit ripoff

The loan officer asked to speak with my fathers employer. Even after i explained i would have no co-signer. My loan was pre approved though a seperate finance company and it was never disclosed to me that a credit inquiry would be made as it hade already been done and approved.

I immediatly told the loan officer there not to continue with the process. I was ready to leave. The general manager of the dealership insisted I test drive a vehicle and he would contact my finance company to straigten the situation out.

I didn't care much for the car and was already sure this was a shady dealership so I cam back 15 minutes latter and waited for someone to come talk with me so I could explain I had no desire to deal with them. After 30 minutes of being ignored I walked out.

Had I known the GM and all his salesmen had been banned for life from my place of employment I never would have gone in the first place. Just as they were rude profane and obnoxious at my restaraunt, they were likewise to me when i called and confronted them about the multiple credit inqueries.

The General Manager Bold face lied and siad only one credit inquiry was done. I subscribe to a 3 in 1 credit monitoring service and i traced all 5! Inqueries back to suzuki of hickory. Dave the GM of Suzuof Hickory is a liar. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM.

I'm not sure what legal action i can take but i will contact the BBB. Ant any other offices my attoeney sugests. These illegal inqueries can stay in my credit report for up to 2 years, DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE.
