GETHOTDEAL EBAY RIP OFF Selling as excellent delivering crap RUN FOR THE HILLS FROM Y and K Auto ripoff

We purchased a 2006 Pontiac G6 from GETHOTDEAL / Y and K auto sales in Pinellas Park/St. Petersburg Florida. The pictures were beautiful the advertised condition of excellent, certified pre owned and inspected were inticing. He even produced a clean carfax. It was the perfect car for your sons 16th birthday. We were told how beautiful the car was and how it was inspected and in excellent condition. After buttering us up real good he mentioned that the car had sustained minor damage in the rear quarter panel but it had been professionally repaired and inspected and was terrific. Butter would melt in Vals mouth as he layed it on extra thick! Well we took the BAIT.

We bought the car and had it delivered. Upon delivery we noticed that water was in the sparetire well so we called VAL VOLKOV (the dealer who sold the car to us) and he said it had been raining in Florida. We also showed the area to the auto shipper driver while he was still there.

We did not think anything about it until we checked the trunk again, the water was back. Finally we took the car to Sunrise Pontiac in Memphis (a legit Pontiac dealer) and found that the car was leaking water through the bumper seals and tail lights. Furthermore, the rear and quarter panels are completely destroyed beneath the exterior. Sunrise Pontiac showed us the cracked, disintgrating, partially missing rear and quarter panels.

What Y and K did was hide (cover up the damage) and sell the car as excellent, certified pre owned, inspected. They have yet to produce any documentation on the inspection, repair, and certification of this vehicle.By Florida Law they have to have the repair documention but somehow they are not able to present it. We would not have found the problem until the rear and quarter panel completely disintegrated and fell into the street had it not been for the water in the sparetire well. These guys are slippery.

They lure with misleading advertisements then send you crap. We were told by VAL "you got a good deal you should expect something to be wrong". He also said "as is means as is" well I believe EXCELLENT, INSPECTED, CERTIFIED PRE OWNED means just that. They are misleading the public. RUN FOR THE HILLS FROM THESE GUYS.

(sorry Don for your bad experience with these guys I reported them to the BBB, this site, the FTC, the ICC, EBAY ect. Perhaps you should do the same. I hate being a victim.
