Ripoff consumer fraud Sacramento

Hello, I brought a car from a car lot call Garanteed Auto last June. It took me a while to get my cars registation for my car to registered on my military post. They made me pay car insurance over a $1000 dollars added to my payment each months for a year and I still paying for it now. My car payment is over $400.00 and my interest was over $3000 DOLLARS. Everytime I would call they would giv me the run around and my parents told me about the fruad and I looked up the seawest financial and there it was in my face.
