Sandy Sansing Chrysler
Suckered me into a 3,200 down payment for my trade in

Myself and finace' went to Sandy Sansing Chrysler to look at new cars. We had a Mini Cooper to trade in with a 24,000 payoff and it was a 2004 with low mileage.
The people there, sales man and finacial person said that even though we were silghtly upside down, they would absorb the cost as a new 2006 300 Touring car would have ALOT of cash back as they needed to move all 2006 vehicles.

We thought that was great, but where concerned about the 3,200 down paymnet, but we reluctantly paid. Our payments are 608 per month and guess what... This car went down in value as soon as we drove it off the lot... (alot of cars lose some value at that time) to the tune of 7,000. The NADA book retail for this with the low mileage is 22,500 and we have a loan (good credit) of 30,000... That's after the down paymnet!

So, these flunkies at this dealership not only capatalized on the 3,200 down, the capatalized on the 30,000 loan. We soon found out.By other dealers in the pensacola area!

I have spoken to other people were I work at that owns the 300's and they seem to say the same thing... This car is not of a quality in nature... Made by flunkies at the union plants and the dealers only goal is NOT customer satisfaction, but to move metal... That's it.

I should have known this at the time but I wanted out of the MINI and they did in fact take advantage of that fact!

I have worked in the automotive supplier indstry for 23 years and am currently a Quality Engineer so I know about customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Sandy Sansing Chrysler is the worst and I doubt any of his othe r dealerships in Pensacola are any better. As they do not believe in customer satisfaction at all!!
