Autorepairwarranty - Dclined the warranty claim saying pre existing, take out towing fee and vehicle never towed ripoff

They have enrolled my vehicle in the warranty program waving any probation period, so warranty is valid from the date I got the Warranty from them that is from 03rd of April. 2007.
And the sales person said me if anything happens with the car and if it covered warranty and all the charges including labor will be taken care of.
I did not notice any problem with my vehicle when I sing up with the warranty, even tgough their may be unseen problems.

After one and half weeks time I reported a problem in power steering. Well after they reading the estimate from repair personnel said that claim cannot be fullfilled stating pre existing conditions, just as a get away for them. But remember they agreed in writing that this car will be warrantied without a probation from the day it was enrolled in the warratny program.

Then I cancelled their warranty program coz it was a total ripoff. I was about receive my warranty premium refund 15% shy.

But they have send a leter saying they will deduct another $50 dollers stating for Towing expenses and my was never towed.
I can confirm that my car was never towed by using their services or with any other.

They are saying they would refund the rest deducting all the charges. Still I have not receive them, and I keep my fingers crossed.

This is ridiculous and I want all other customers to stay away from this rather skeptical warranty company. Their website does not even comprehensive and one would feel that is not worthwhile spending money on their program.
I was rippedoff don't want any others to fall in the same trap.
