Doesn't honor commercial ad's from TV

My daughter bought a 2002 Eclipse on 4/7/07. Brought it into shop following Monday (4/9) (running sluggish & rough). Its in again on 4/18 - still running sluggish, pulling to right and steering wheel shakes on freeway. Don't think cars are checked out before placed for selling.
We purchased a warranty for the car - finance guy did NOT tell us about the deductable, (we didn't think to ask) we found out later when reviewing the papers. The finance guy was too busy getting docs signed to get us out of there and on to the next sale to go over rate or anything (the deductable is $100 - we thought it would be $25-$50 as she has had in the past on other warranty's).

I've called twice and left message with sales person and finance guy to see if can get it lowered, no one had called us yet).

They advertise on Tejano station on TV that if you purchase a car from them, you get a $100 gas card... Never mentioned to us (thought it would be mailed automatically to us) and when I called to ask about it, the sales person told me he wasn't aware of it and didn't offer to check on it or anything. Once they make the sale - you are history... They need to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE TOO!

NEVER Refer anyone to buy a car from them! I know daughter had credit problems, and not much of a choice, but never again.
