Victory Recovery Service, is a Repossession service that has been towing cars with no Repossession Papers.
They are acting like a towing company for Brittany Village and surrounding areas without authorization to tow. They also have an un tagged vehicle and will not give you any information.in the event that they tow your car call the police.
They are running their business illegally.

When I was on the phone with the man, I asked him to stop talking over me. He then proceeded to tell me that he will charge me more if I get rude with him.
That is called Price gouging and its illegal as well.
Watch out for this company.
