Ripoff Repair work done by Medved made my car WORSE

I took my car into Medved for some basic work. I asked them to look at a couple of other things to determine what was wrong. I wont mention his name but the guy who helped me was very rude throughout the day as I was trying to get updates on my car.

When picking it up I noticed that one of the problems I asked them to diagnose was worse than before I brought it in. Also, when I got the bill I noticed they charged $50 PER ITEM just to tell me what was wrong with the car. I was not informed that they would charge $50 to diagnose the issue. FYI-they dont let you see your vehicle or check it out until AFTER you pay for it.

I spent $100 just to be told something I pretty much already knew but needed confirmed. They also aligned my vehicle. After I paid $350 and left, I was driving on the interstate and as soon as I had to slow down my whole vehicle started to shake.

I called my husband upset and told him the problem. He called the guy at Medved and told him the problem. The guy said they aligned the vehicle per factory specifications. Funny how the car was in worse shape after bringing it in. My husband also asked about the $50 per item charge and he said thats what they charged. Had I known that I wouldnt have had them look at anything.

My brother is a mechanic and he looked at my car and said it needs an alignment (3 months after getting it done at Medved)

Needless to say I will NEVER EVER take my vehicle back to Medved, nor will I buy another car there or advise anyone else too either.
