Sent me a smashed, broken part, never replaced, or refunded, contacted me, ignored my emails, calls

I ordered a distributor from Hot Rod Usa. When it came, the box was smashed and had 3 large holes in it. I opened it and the distributor was smashed on one side, and the cap had 4 large cracks in it.
I called Dean and he said a replacement was on the way, it never came. I emailed, faxed, mailed, called, he did not respond to anything.
I got ahold of him one time and he was extremely rude, and hung up on me, I can not get a hold of him at all. I am stuck with a broken part, and out of the money I paid for it.
