Intricate Performance
Will not accept return, ripoff

I purchased an IMP002 performance module on the internet on 03/10 which I received on 03/22. The box contained only the module which had two wires at each end with no markings and the unit itself had no identification. There was no paperwork or instructions. I sent several emails and got no responses.

Finally I was able to get some information with the help of PayPal wherein the seller admitted neglecting to include the instructions. I also got a URL where I was able to download it. This was a disaster because it was obvious that I was not qualified to install this device on my car. It required a professional mechanic and I didn't want to get involved nor have to pay for service, so I asked to return it. I was told this wasn't possible since returns were not accepted.
