Ripoff, dishonest, dont send you the right product as advertised, extremely rude and ignorant. BEWARE dont waste your money!

Do not order rims from these fools. They have no idea what they are doing, the send you universal rims and tell you they will fit your car and they dont! They even post a guide as to what cars the specific rims will fit and its not true. I bought rims from them for a eclipse i was thinking about selling, well i decided to buy the rims because they told me they would also fit on a volkswagen jetta i was looking at buying. So i thought great so if i do buy the rims but decide to sell my eclipse later on, then atleast the rims will fit the jetta i will buy.

Well i went to put the rims on for the jetta and they werent the right lug whole size. Everywhere i went to put them on i got the same answer, these are not the right rims for the car. When i called to tell them, they gave me the run around telling me they would fit and would not provide any solution. Eventually they told me i would need to purchase some conversion kit for my lugs so they would fit.

So, i purchased those not wanting to buy new rims. No one would put the rims on with the conversion lug kit because they told me it was not safe at all, the rims could come loose and fall off. So again i call Nates Wheels to tell them they need to exchange the rims for ones that fit and they tell me they will fit and those are the only rims they have.

I wound up getting into an argument with them over this and the guys there are calling me a pussy for not putting them on even though everyone said its not safe. They have horrible customer service, they are a joke and a wannabe rim shop. They send you the wrong product and do nothing about it. Do not buy rims from there, even though their prices are pretty low, its not worth the headache. Plus even though they swore the rims were brand new like advertisedd, they were all dirty, and chalky and the tires were all scuffed and scratched. If you are buying rims off EBAY or come accross them in your RIM search for your ride. Make sure your not buying it from NATES WHEELS.

They screw you over, and do nothing to help. I was even hung up on twice! What the hell is that??
