I hired Art to fix the clutch on my motorcycle. He was telling me and my friend how other people had him do jobs and not paid him in full, out of pity I paid him in ADVANCE to fix my bike. He told me it would be ready in 2-3 days, because he wanted to take his time and do the job right. That was February 1.

After almost 3 weeks of me calling and calling he told me it was 70-80% done. Finally had the motorcycle towed to a friends shop, on February 19th, charged me for the tow and I had to pay this other guy another $220 for the work. This other "friend" of his showed me all the parts I bought were still in the original packages. He never touched the motorcycle.

Finally another $470, and 2 shops later I finally have my motorcycle running. I have called Art Palmer Mobile Mechanic several times to get my $ refunded to be given the run around. I hope nobody else gets shafted by this man like I did
