Ripoff sold us a lemon $9000 tranmission out in 60 days cost $2200 refused to even talk to us or help as promised

Mike and son sold us a lemon and ripped us off!

In september we purchased a car from
mike and son auto sales. They advised before purchase the vehicle had been mechanically inspected and was in perfect working condition and that they had an impecable reputation standing behind the cars they sell.

Based on the fact that they guaranteed their cars were in sound condition and that they sttod behind them, we paid them over $9,000.00 in cash for the car.

Within 60 days and less then 2000 miles later we had a complete failure of the drive train costing over $2,200.00 to repair. We asked them on multiple occasions in writting to help and stand behind their sale as they said they would, to date they refuse to make good of their word or even respond to us.
