Lying sales person and manager! Ripoff

My wife and I recently purchased a new vehicle at Emich. First we went to just test drive and decide later so there would be no "pressure" our saleperson was wonderful he told us that he could have any car delivered no problem at any time we wanted to purchase. He told us that he would give us more than BLue Book value for our old car.

Naturaly I was very happy with the service. We liked the car we drove so we set up an appointment with the salesman to purchase a new car.

Long story short they did not have the car we wanted so the guy tries to get us to buy one that we did not want and he would have it "modified" to our liking. When I asked about shipping any car we wanted in he said that it would cost the dealership too much money.

Then he tried to give us way below value for our trade-in. Handing me some quote from a company I had never heard of. Saying this is the only one we use. When I told him too bad you said more than blue book he got very nasty with us.

Then he questioned that we could even buy the car! I told him we were paying in cash! Then his story changed from being a bully to kissing my butt.

We had to go back to the dealership six! Times! To buy a NEW car with CASH!

Then after we finally get through the buying process I get a survey call from the dealrship. I told them I was unhappy and they tried to make a "deal" with me that when VW called for my survey I give them five stars. They tried to BRIBE me with a free oil change.

I think that our time is worht a little more than a free stinking oil change. They treated us like crap and still do. I tried to call and ask a question about the car I purchased and no one would help me I was told they would call back and I am still waiting.

Therefore I do all of my service and new business with tynan's instead. Turns out they were the ones who actualy had the car we purchased anyway. They have been very helpful in all aspects of our business with them.
