Ripoff, manger wouldn't even tell me where they were, due a refund never received

Ought an extended warranty through them. Cancelled it 6 months later due to customer service or lack thereof. Was told week after week that refund would be forwarded.

After weeks of no returned calls from RODNEY VARGAS, a cowardly salesman who doesn't return calls, i spoke with Matt, their customer service mgr. He was rude and very prissy, possibly a former employee of "THE BIRDCAGE", and he didn't care either. I asked where they were located so that i could file a complaint w / that state's authorities and he told me that he wasn't going to tell me. I again asked about my refund and he told me he didn't know anything about it.

I then filed a BBB complaint and a complaint with the texas state attorney general's office. I then spoke to another extended warranty company who told me that these guys are the source of many complaints and that they basically are a "boiler room" of sorts. BEWARE!!! There are many other great extended warranty companies out there... AUTO CLUB ain't one of them.
