RV Empire Of California Factory ordered motorhome was not delivered as promised and cost me out of pocket expense. Ripoff

Back in Sept I called up Stan at GiantRV to place an order for a 2007 Winnebago Motorhome. I put in the paperwork what I requested to be installed. I received confirmation which I questioned but was told it had everything that I requested. I set the date of pickup at that time. The motorhome arrived November 28 @ GiantRV. I requested from Stan the certificate of origin in order to finance with my company. Did not receive nothing. My wife and I arrived at GiantRV on December 1 to pickup the motorhome, we arrived @ the Mount Clair location. No one communicated to us any different. We found out that it was at the Corona location. We first did not want it but we talked to several people and convinced ourselves. Then we found out that it didn't have everything that I ordered. I requested everything in writing for what I wanted installed. Then we couldn't take it because the check was not received. I complained that it was Stan's fault not mine and he should be held accountable and not the customer. I was on the way out the door, Greg assisted us and told us that he will have it delivered, GiantRV will pay for the motelwhile we are waiting on the delivery since we have sold everything. We were suppose to move into the motorhome. I have that conversation in writing. The only problem that I have is that I am $280.00 in unpaid taxes on the amount that they agreed to pay up to. If your ever in CA which I am not and didn't know any better but $85.00 was not enough but I talked to a motel to bring the price down but the taxes were extra and it ran over $85.00. If Stan would have sent everything that I need and had good comunication I nor GiantRV would not have an issue. If I have known that GiantRV would not be held accountable for taxes on top of the $85.00 I would have not purchased the motorhome since now I am now $280.00 out of pocket expense. Why send receipts when you are only paying straight $85.00 a night? The experience for a first RV purchase was terrible and the communication with Stan was just down right horrible. I appreciate Greg but Stan still has my deal and still holding us up on this issue. Would I purchase another RV from Giant RV, NO.
