I can't believe this. Ripoff

I am a deployed soldier in Afghanistan. I ordered a Dirt Bike from this company as a Christmas present for my son back in Alaska. I ordered this the first week of Dec. And have heard NOTHING since. He hasn't gotten it, and I have tried calling, e-mailing many MANY times and they have not responded at all.

I just can't believe that I am away from my family for more than a year, serving my country, and there are companies like this that get away with stealing my money! His dirt bike was 1,300 dollars, and I know he will not only never get his Christmas present, but I will never see that money again. Something HAS to be done about this. It hurts my heart so bad. I don't need this on top of everything else that is going on over here. This company needs to be stopped. They even stole an extra 200.00 for shipping to Alaska!
