Bait and switch, deceptive advertising ripoff

Toyota of Lewisville, Texas refused to honor their advertised two day sale of repo'd vehicles for $49 down and take up payments of $169. I was told by their sales person, Susan Foley, that for this sale my job was my credit.

I was asked to submit the simple credit application online and she would have someone call me after it was received.

No one called, so I called her back and was instead routed to Anthony Solis who told me that I would have to put additional monies (TT&L) down. I pointed out to him that this was not in the commercial, or what I had been told by Ms. Foley— and in fact was the classic bait and switch advertising.

Mr. Solis said that he would have to check with his sales manager and would call back but he never did. My subsequent messages for the general manager, Jimmy Cleveland, were not returned.
