Repeated Unwarranted Phone Calls for car payments not even 3 days late! Ripoff!

I wish I truly understood exactly what I was getting into when I agreed to this loan. I've had my car approximately 1 year. Out of 12 payments none have ever gone past 30 days.

Nearly all of the payments have been made on time and well within 10 days of the due date. Recently I decided to write a letter to Triad informing them of my rights as a consumer. These idiots have called my employer several times a day, called my cell phone repeatedly asking the same question, to which I have the same answer, "The payment will be made on %, please stop calling me"

To make matters worse, when the representatives of their company contact me, 99.99 percent of them are rude, seemingly undeducated and hostile. Personally this doesn't bother me, but when it deals with contacting my employer it's a major issue.

I've recieved questions from my employr and to be honest at this point I really am looking into seeking legal advice. I've started documenting the amount of calls I receive. How often and the times they come in. Today I received 4 calls 2 at my place of employment.

If anyone has any advice regarding this situation I surely would appreciate it. I'm hoping the letter will stop the calls.

What bothers me most is that most is that they call you even if the payment is 1 day late. WTF.

And what's more amusing is that judging by the way most of their representatives speak, I'm almost sure MOST of them have such terrible credit that most of them don't have car payments in the first place.

I'm speaking out of anger and frustration. I can't help it. If the calls continue I have no choice but to Sue these morons.
